Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of credits on the banderythmo.fr website, published by BandeRythmo.
2. Products and prices
BandeRythmo offers credit packs that let you use the platform's premium features (long-duration transcription, HD export with no watermark). Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, on the Pricing page.
- Flash: €1.99 for 3 credits
- Boost: €4.99 for 10 credits
- Max: €9.99 for 25 credits
One credit corresponds to one minute of video.
Credits you buy do not expire and can be used immediately after purchase.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. BandeRythmo never has access to your banking details.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase with the consumer's express consent.
5. Liability
BandeRythmo undertakes to provide a working service. If a technical malfunction prevents you from using your credits, contact us at [email protected] for a refund or compensation.
6. Changes to the Terms
BandeRythmo reserves the right to change these Terms. Users will be informed of any change.
